Wynn Hotel Las Vegas

Wynn Hotel Las Vegas is the only hotel in the world rated 5 Diamonds by AAA and 5 Stars by Mobil in 2007. So you can imagine the level of detail and service at the Wynn is exceptional.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels on the Strip with champagne yellow, grapefruit orange and chocolate brown colors dominating. It was designed with women in mind. "Steve Wynn," the founder, knows that when it comes to choosing hotels in Vegas, women make the decisions. The grand opening of the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas took place on his wife, Elaine's birthday. The spaces are more intimate than his other landmark casino, the Bellagio.

This picture of the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas features the graceful private cabanas and flowing pool. With your own misters, complimentary drinks and snacks, cable TV, telephone and changing room, this is opulence at its best.

This Wynn Hotel Las Vegas image shows you the elegant private pool and cabanas for the ultimate in relaxation and privacy.

For the ultimate in exclusivity, only 24 cabanas are available near the main deck and only 15 cabanas are available if you're staying in the Tower Suites. No wonder the Wynn Hotel is the only hotel in the world to win both 5 Diamonds from AAA and 5 Stars from Mobil in 2007.

The hotel is designed in a whimsical décor with swirling flower mosaic tiles throughout and slowly rotating parasols hanging from the ceiling. I went to a poolside party for what seemed like 1,000 people with carving stations, open bars, 8 piece band, go-go girls and plenty of catered food. The upper cabana is for adults only with gambling, drinking and European bathing, meaning women can go topless. Both pools are seasonal.

Like other hotels on the Strip, there are many ways to entertain yourself at the Wynn. But this hotel is first-class when it comes to shopping, dining, relaxing and golfing and at top prices too. It attracts many Europeans and visitors from the Far-East.

For shopping at the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas, you can enter the Esplanade or mall from the Strip near the tall pines and waterfall. The mall is not huge which makes it easy to shop and look around. The stores like Oscar de la Renta, Manolo Blanik, Chanel and Jean-Paul Gaultier seem hand-picked. I love the tall screens showing their latest fashion show models on the runway. It's practically like being at the show.

My friends outside the Wynn and Wynn's metal black horse statue by Krishna Sri Mamidi.

The spa is not as large and grandiose as the spa at the Venetian, but at the Wynn, it's not about quantity, it's about quality. In 45 different treatment rooms, you can order from 9 different types of massage, 7 types of body treatments, hydrotherapy, facials and more. Women and men's facilities are separate and slippers with thick spa robes are offered at no extra charge.

Like the rest of the hotel, each dining establishment tries to be unique in atmosphere, food creations or ingredients. Downstairs near the amazing Lake of Dreams light show, you have the French Daniel Boulud Brasserie for casual but elegant dining and SW Steakhouse for Classic American cuisine. Wing Lei blends Shanghai, Cantonese, Chinese and Szechwan with many types of fish, chicken and duck to choose from.

Wynn in Vegas for many people is unequaled. It is so understated that many miss the sheer grandeur and clean beauty that set it apart from all others. The Wynn is understated in many ways like a beautiful women who only reveales her true lines a little at a time and to only one special person. Are you the person that can understand and appreciate this work of art? My friends from India stayed here at the Wynn in a great suite last month and loved it.

First class design make every part of the Wynn Las Vegas a pleasure to experience.

The flowing gourgeous lines of this spectacular structure artfully hint at the glamour inside and throughout the gorunds.

With its golden facade arching toward the sky, Wynn Las Vegas provides a unique fusion of nature and luxury in a resort fit for royalty.

From the towering mountain at the front of the resort on the Las Vegas Strip to the Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole championship golf course at the back, natural beauty permeates Wynn Las Vegas.

Lagoons, waterfalls, terraced landscapes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and skylights throughout the 217-acre resort create a tranquil and glorious environment. Fine dining, swank shops, a rejuvenating spa and thriving nightlife round out the resort experience.

Pictures of Wynn interiors do not capture the incredible world class decor and amenties that make this place the only hotel in town for many visiting Vegas. Some of these chandeliers are over 50 feet tall.

Flowers bloom throughout the Wynn property, both living and as part of the design. An indoor atrium near the lobby leads guests through a pathway of flowers and trees. Even the carpet in the 110,000-square-foot casino – which has more than 1,900 slots, a 26-table poker room and a full array of tables games – portrays a colorful and thematic flower pattern.

The marriage of luxury and nature at Wynn Las Vegas does not end with the resort's main level. Guests ascending the 50-story hotel tower will discover rooms designed with floor-to-ceiling windows framing sweeping views of either the Las Vegas Strip, the resort's golf course or the lake and mountain. Room amenities include European linens, flat-screen televisions in the living and bathroom areas, high-speed internet access and more.

The luxurious Tower Suites, which operate as a boutique hotel within the Wynn Las Vegas, is the first in Las Vegas to earn Mobil Travel Guide's highest rating – five stars. In granting the coveted rating, Mobil praised the Tower Suites for its fine, white-glove service and accommodations that feel like posh private residences.

Restaurants at the Wynn such as Alex, Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, Daniel Boulud Brasserie, and SW Steakhouse include offerings from internationally celebrated chefs, including Alessandro Stratta, Daniel Boulud, David Walzog, Rene Lenger, Masa Ishizawa, Philippe Rispoli, Richard Chen, Paul Bartolotta, Mark LoRusso, Stephen Kalt and Hisham Johari. For a more casual dining experience, The Buffet features 16 live-action exhibition cooking stations and Zoozacrackers, near the 195-seat race and sports book, serves New York-style deli food. The Terrace Point Café serves American favorites 24 hours a day with seating overlooking the pools and gardens.

A glimpse of the gardens, on the other side of the man-made mountain, reveals a mammoth curtain waterfall pouring into the 3-acre Lake of Dreams which features a nightly light, music and multimedia show. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking view while sipping cocktails amid an eclectic collection of multi-colored upside-down parasols at Parasol Up on the casino level or Parasol Down on the lake level; or just stop by the circular escalators surrounding the bars for a moment to take it all in.

Making its home at the Wynn is Le Rêve, the sublime aquatic creation of Cirque Du Soleil veteran Franco Dragone. Also showing is Monty Python's Spamalot, a Broadway musical based on the motion picture "Monty Python and the Holy Grail."

Wynn Las Vegas' nightlife offerings include the boutique nightclub Blush and Tryst, with its secluded lagoon and sizeable dance floor. A beautifully landscaped, expansive outdoor pool complex has two main pools, private cabanas, table games and a special terrace for group events. The Wynn Las Vegas Spa features 45 treatment rooms as well as a full-service salon, barbershop and fitness center.

Where else but the Wynn Las Vegas can a shopper leave a hotel with Manolo Blahniks and a brand new Ferrari? The Wynn Esplanade offers a unique shopping experience with stores including Chanel, Christian Dior, Oscar de la Renta and many more. The resort is also home to the Penske Wynn Ferrari Maserati dealership and showroom.

Wynn Review by my Friend Krishna

Wynn Las Vegas is the most beautiful and upscale casino - by Krishna. As far as my knowledge goes Wynn was opened in April of 2005. Since then it's been a great success and stands among the top 3 Casinos in Vegas. It is one of the most expensive casinos on the strip and you can see the elegance as you walk in and around. Wynn has 2 main entrances: one from the Las Vegas Blvd (Main entrance), and other from sands avenue (South entrance). In front of the main entrance I found a beautifully carved master piece of shiny Metal black Horse and they change this every season.

Once I entered the casino I saw exotic lobby with small pieces of tiles of different colors which perfectly matches the colorful trees holding big bold flowers along the way.

As I walked into the casino there was a bright Red floral carpet. The interior is designed with the rich golden brown Architecture all over the place and moreover the ceiling definitely needs a mention here about its chandeliers.

Wynn has around 1,900 slot machines, but If you are trying to find penny slot machines there are a very few. However I found lots of Quarter, $1 and $5 slot machines. If you are more into the card games Wynn has most of the table games like roulette, craps, three card poker, Caribbean Stud, blackjack, pai gow poker, roulette European style, Bbig6, casino war etc. Remember one thing most of the tables here start with $15 minimum on weekdays and $25 minimum on weekends.

Wynn Hotel Las Vegas lobby shown above with majestic red decor and gold fixtures.

Most of the casinos on the strip have their own player's card but Wynn gives one of the best comps so if you are planning to play in Wynn, do remember to take the Red Players card as soon as you go into the casino. You can get it at any one of the Customer desks or even at the card game tables too. All you need are 2 kinds of ID like a credit card/debit card and a Drivers license. I got comped a lot of times for the buffet at Wynn which is one of the best on the strip. If you play long enough like 4 hours with at least a $25 minimum bet you might actually get comped for one of their luxurious suites too.

The Poker room is huge with over 27 table poker tables and spacious with flashing red curtains and well-designed interior. Poker tournaments are conducted every now and then. Remember one thing about all the casinos its not how much you play but how long you play which gets you most of the comps.

Right next to table games you have passages going towards the spa, salon, cafe, restaurant that are top of the notch. If you want to get a look of the strip from the top of the floors but are not staying at the Wynn then forget about it because you wouldn't be able to get on the elevators without a room key.

Wynn has around 56 floors of contemporary suites. The view from the 56th floor where I got to stay was amazing. It had glass walls on both sides of the room, which gives a perfect view of the entire strip. Though the rooms are expensive it's worth every penny you spend. The suites are equipped with everything you need like Big Plasma TVs, telephones both in the room and also in the bath room, Slip-ons , Bath robes, Extra Comforters, Printer, Fax Machine, Internet ,linens, a Scale etc.

The bathroom was the best I have ever seen in my life it's almost the size of a big room with standing shower on one side, jaccuzi on the other side. Imagine relaxing in the jaccuzi and watching TV is so heavenly.

Even though fridge is filled with all the Beverages (Beer, Coffee, Juices, soda, Liquor etc) and the tray is filled with tempting snacks (Swiss Chocolates, Nuts, Biscuits etc) it's not for free. One thing I noticed is if you lift anything from the tray or fridge for 60 seconds or longer you will automatically be billed for it.

One of the passages leads to the Wynn's Buffet, which is rated among the best buffets in Vegas. It's a bit expensive, around $44 per person but its worth it. The buffet area is so beautifully designed you can see it yourself. The food is so delicious out there with a wide rage of varieties, which has got anything and everything. I really enjoyed the food it was so good it felt like heaven. There was an entire room with so many deserts to choose from, all yummy.

Are you crazy about cars? If you wanna take look at the most expensive and finest vehicles in the world then you must visit the Penske Wynn which is located adjacent to the casino with 10,000 square. ft showroom only for the cars. You will find Expensive Sports Cars like Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes Benz, Lamborghini, etc. There is a $10 entry fee.

Jason again - "I like to visit The Country Club, a steakhouse overlooking the waterfall and the 18th hole of the Wynn Las Vegas Golf Course. It's intimate and relaxing with large couches to lounge in and a spectacular view of the course. For an experience that is first-rate I highly recommend the Wynn Hotel Las Vegas based on all my friends stories and what I can see, even though my wife and I have never stayed here (not in the rooms anyway!)"
